In the midst of dealing with Topical Parameterization, it became obvious that I should split the issue of Qualitative Requirements into a separate subject.  As with the other flavors of parameterization, I want to make sure I’m not getting distracted, so started with an example.  I’ve published it here.

Being wildly optimistic, I should be able to finish the original subject in short order.  I’m sure I won’t be distracted by any other projects…like, for instance, finishing the installation of tail vises onto that workbench…
